DIY: wooden canoe

Introduction
Some tutorials for wood strip canoe. Mostly made of cedar, but we consider pine. More expensive would be oak, cheaper ones are mahogany or ebony (in the US).
Cedar strip thickness is typically defined as 0.6 cm (1/4 inch). Length of the canoe is usually 3m (10') to 4.5m (15') or even longer. Fiberglass: 6 oz x 3. Varnish.
